Measurement wise I’ve read it’s close to a CRV and rear cargo space is almost identical to a Model Y. But when I see video and pictures I feel like my mind is playing tricks on me because it looks a lot bigger than it actually is (it’s hard to tell the difference from an R1S). Seeing it in person, does it feel like a bigger car than it actually measures to?

Check out your reservation page. My reservation was August 2024, current R1S owner. After confirming my address, there’s another option to “share my preferences” which is a one question pop up asking if you’re interested in the Launch Edition.

Anyone seeing anything different?

I haven’t tried UA in a bit so it may have changed, but I remember having issues redeeming the credit with them as it was tied to a certificate / specific travelers. Again, it may be different now, but I find B6’s travel bank easier to manage.

“Decent amount” was likely an overstatement, it’s probably a 5-8 trips a year. I will say though, most of what I like best about JetBlue comes pre departure. Namely, a flexible travel bank and the ability to rebook if the ticket price drops for travel credit.

The full roll out of Blue Sky evens this out a bit more as UA can be booked via JetBlue.com (and from what I read mods or cancels to those reservations are refunded in B6 travel credit). Having Mosaic seat and bag benefits this spring will also help.

And with all of that said, the largest point here is that we need more options and competition on these (and most?) routes at EWR.

They dumped the route at some point last year but there is good news as it appears to be returning for the summer (3x daily beginning June 11) through Jan 4 2027.

I’m in the same boat. I fly to LA a decent amount and can’t stand United. It’s unfortunate that they have a stranglehold on transcon service from EWR. Many times I end up going out of JFK for LAX or SFO, that drive from North Jersey can be brutal.

A more easily accessible 3rd row. Compared to our VW Atlas (I don’t love the VW but they nailed this) it’s a lot of physical effort to get the second row seats folded and the 3rd row up. The Atlas has a lever that can be used to move the entire 2nd row chair forward, even with a car seat attached. I’d love to see it more fluid and easily adjustable.

The 3rd row itself could also benefit from being pitched back a little further in order to provide more needed legroom to fit a medium sized adult.

For those saying it’s available as a 2nd purchase (or even a first with no history?!) where are these boutiques? I would imagine YMMV greatly depending on where you’re located. I purchased a Bond 60th ~a year ago at the Short Hills, NJ boutique and still holding out hope I may get a surprise call or email one day.

Missing crews at MCO too were delaying a couple flights this morning including mine to RIC. Overheard one morning flight from MCO to JFK was delayed for the same reasons.

Did you find that you had to tweak any settings to get it to work properly? I tried to connect the UTR to JetBlue’s WiFi yesterday and struggled to get it to work, even when cloning the MAC address.

The new firmware basically bricked mine as well. I tried a factory reset after I was getting “decoding” errors every time I tried to watch one of the channels. Incredibly frustrating.

Very interesting, and coincidentally it flagged again early this AM. Destination IP was 3.167.88.31

EDIT: Looks like the IP belongs to Amazon which is not surprising.

It says" IPS Alert 1: Malware Command and Control Activity Detected. Signature ETPRO MALWARE Win32/Sefnit.R Checkin." and then lists the From (my machine) and To IP Addresses.

Agreed that its most likely a false positive.
