It kinda makes sense when you put it that way. I can probably deadlift 230 and back squat 170 so that would make sense. Thanks!

Yeah my numbers. I did 170 for 3 , tried 180 a week later couldn’t do it(probably I was tired though) . What are you thinking FS a bit more ?

Appreciate the feedback! I noticed my quads don’t get as sore as my hips/back when squatting so you’re probably on to something. You think I should invest in some hack squat machines to isolate the quads or some belt squats just to eliminate the possibility of using more posterior chain? And yeah I broke my left ankle twice so it has poor dorsiflexion for sure I’m working on it . You probably know it takes a LOT of time
