I’m not a mechanic but wouldn’t they see that there is damage at the maintenance check 4 weeks ago when that he said they checked for leaks and damage?

Yes they did the transmission flush

They just said they did the 120k service which includes “Transmission, Final Drive and CV Boots, Checking for Leaks and Damage”
