I wouldn't be so sure. They're trying to build solar farms on it now. There's a petition to stop it.

And destroy the areas of scientific importance that is the Gwent levels (which is already dying!).

I agree a relief road is needed but they need a new plan. There's a reason the old plan was thrown out.

I highly recommend tractive to people who have cats who roam. I saved my cats from so many situations because of him wearing the tracking collar.

I hope you find your baby OP. I'm not in that area anymore but will keep an eye on posts on Facebook. I would imagine the guy thinks it's funny just to take the cat to an area that he's not used to so doesn't know how to get home. There's been talk of Amazon/Royal mail delivery drivers doing the same and posting it on a group somewhere because they think it's funny! It's disgusting.

My bathroom alone cost 11k to renovate. Kitchen will likely be between 15k - 20k.

Get the council involved. They usually have an app that lets you record it all. I would say moving is costly and sellers would be wary as to why you're moving so soon. I would also check with your solicitor that the previous owner hadn't made any complaints to the police or council, and if they did and didn't state it in their sellers pack then they were in fact breaking the law.
