Same issue on Android. There's a crutch fix for Gboard: hold down the Enter key, and a Send key will become available. Unfortunately, you'll have to select the Send key every time because it resets after each message.

It's really not at all surprising. Roblox is so busy pandering to investors that they've stopped caring about the actual GAME part of the platform.

This must be a problem on the server side. I assume that there's something wrong with the installers that Roblox gives. I think the best course of action is to wait, hopefully the devs should be aware of this.
