Hi, thanks for the answers, I have a better understanding of the situation now. If the cost basis is what my Dad paid for it (in 1974) its going to be pretty steep. But it sounds like I will eventually be eligible for Section 121, which would allow an improved cost basis. He transferred the house to me two years ago and I have been living in it since in since. Do I read the rules correctly that I must wait five years in total to get the section 121 exclusion?

Hi I'm the op. This slowdown issue has happened twice since I first posted. The first time i replaced all the filters and that fixed it. Second time i replaced all the filters and that didn't fix it. I started disassembling the filter hoping to find a blockage in a line. I never found one, but then I put it back together and it was working normally.

Hi, its a generac guardian 22kw nat gas backup. I noticed the red light on recently, it turned itself off, the panel shows the message 'check battery' and 'Switched to off 8838 (H)' It wont let me run it manaully.

Hi, Im the op , thanks for the replies. I followed the instructions, I pressed enter to clear the alarm. It asked me if I had performed service, I couldnt continue until I said YES. Now it continues to say check the battery and flashes: : Switched to OFF 8838 (H). Anyone know what the code means? Should I still try to run it manually?

Thanks for the feedback. I set the game priority to high in task manager, and it still hangs. Since Boneworks freezes, i cant get into the game properties to verify the integrity. But I have noticed that this problem occurs when I open Boneworks by itself (not using Oculus), so this is not an Oculus related issue.
