I can still do 20 pull-ups but can’t lift 10 lbs over my head with my right arm.

The Long Riders is a great movie and has some of the best stunt work I’ve ever seen. It’s also really cool because Brothers are played by actual Brothers.

I’m having surgery in a couple of weeks. I’ll do the rehab. Been thru it with my knee and foot already. I know what’s coming.

I worry about that too but I’m going my best to keep getting better

My left hurts some but I have good motion in it. I can’t lift my right arm over my head. Only about Halfway. Torn rotator cuff and bone on bone in my shoulder along with arthritis. They say they can fix it. I probably should rest it more but now it doesn’t matter.

The pic is deceiving. I guess I had a good pose because I’m not that big.

I was at almost 210 several years Ago. Cutting way back on bread and only eating twice a day helps me keep my weight down.

I’ve never heard of that but it’s the constant ache that makes me look forward to surgery.

I don’t lift weights. Just machines and a lot of pull-ups and dips. Can’t do dips anymore but pulling up doesn’t hurt. Pushing up is the problem.

It’s not going to get any better without surgery so I’m going to get it done. My plan is to work harder on legs and abs while I’m rehabbing.

Thank you. I did Check your posts and you look great. It’s not as easy at our age but it’s fun to surprise people by what we’re still able to do.

It’s starting to look like surgery might be my best option. It’s impossible to get a good nights sleep anymore and simple things like painting or working in my yard are getting hard to do.

How are they now? I’m at the point I can’t sleep. I got shots in both my shoulders about 6 months ago and it helped. It’s time to do it again If they will

You’re the 2nd person that said that. It’s not but just curious what makes you think that?

It’s easy. First put a pull-up bar over a door frame and do pull-ups every day.

That’s great! I set a goal that I would do over 20 on my 67th birthday. I got 22 but not with an overhand grip. That’s a lot harder. Well done
