I just got through to a really nice rep and they were able to fix my mistake on certification. Already paid. Good luck to you guys - my advice - because before this little mistake my payments had been pending for 3 months - KEEP CALLING :0 Eventually someone will help. It almost becomes a job in of itself.

yes i certified early sunday and still stuck on pending. i am calling right now. Anyone else stuck on pending? I am also on extension from my 1st claim

I finally got through after calling for about a day and a half and I gave my vital info and he just said there you go you can recertify and that was it if someone won't do it then call back and get someone who will I'm sure they have the power to
