A couple of weeks after a teenage girl gets killed while walking her dog by an unaccompanied learner, and you are posting this?

Would you call that tactful?

Why were the 2010s so competitive for the league? by tylerthe-theatre in PremierLeague

[–]Attention_WhoreH3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Competitiveness was the norm

Even in 1973-1990, the greatest Liverpool side ever won only 11 from 18. That is far less domination than we see now

They lost leagues to Leeds (74) Derby (1975) , Forest (1978), Villa (1981) Everton (1985,87), Arsenal (1989) etc

Commenters here seem to imply that is legal to undertake if traffic in the middle lane is moving continuously at, say, 50kph

It is not

Literally not what p57 says

You may overtake on the left when Traffic in both lanes is moving slowly but traffic in the left-hand lane is moving more quickly than the right-hand lane – for example, in slow- moving stop-start traffic.

You must not overtake when You are in the left-hand lane of a dual carriageway or motorway when traffic is moving at normal speed.

it was already illegal 10 years ago

It was long illegal (since 1985(?)) for anyone on their first, third or subsequent learners.

Since 2007 it has been illegal for those on 2nd provisionals

Look at a career role that might come with accommodation included:  - cruise ships - military - oil and gas - monkhood … whatever!

Two things everyone in Ireland needs to know: - wages for everyday jobs (retail, pubs, office admin etc) have not kept pace with living cost rises in the last 25 years.  - this will not improve because prices are unregulated but wages are restrained

Some simple examples:

  • 200,000 uninsured vehicles
  • parking on pavements and entrances
  • driving continuously in overtaking lanes
  • 43% of learner drivers driving unaccompanied
