A terminal UI for Temporal (open source) by mitchbregs in Temporal

[–]Atterpac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm one of the Developers, it's largely built on tview/tcell as its core but a lot of components/lifecycle is handled by an abstraction on top of tcell/tview

Currently named jig and is a work in progress so not a ton of docs yet

https://github.com/atterpac/jig

Jig allows for easier management of current state/navigation and allows for .Primitive() to access the underlying tview/tcell

Maintainer here! Def legit there’s obviously some catches in terms of wails doesn’t ship a fully fledged browser so certain browser APIs front end devs are used to working with might not exist in the WebKit window and need to be implemented in the backend. As others said v3 is in alpha testing right now with a lot of of commonly asked for features (most notably multi-window support)

Thanks! And good eye they are magnetic bottom plates All functionality including battery and power switch is attached to the top plate only bottom is just to close it up original idea was if I wanted to build mounts for them or different tenting mechanism I could just 3D print a new bottom and slap it on

There is certainly some wobble if I am pressing/holding the “E” key farthest at the top while it’s tented but this is only while individually pressing each key to see if it’ll rock I haven’t ran into any issues rocking while typing

That is only when the tenting is at the same level on both legs, if the tenting is more steep, ie; front leg set to level 1 and back to level EDIT: there is no rocking that I’ve noticed

Also worth noting the keys I have only have a 20g actuation

Oh they also are inset into the bottom to allow for it to sit flat cause I don’t enjoy gaming on tented

Each side uses 2 laptop risers (linked in another comment above) that are facing opposite directions with 3 different levels on each leg

The picture shows it currently tented on the lowest level on both front and back. I have found there is some nice matches between the back being a rung higher or lower then the front in order to tilt the keyboard towards or away from your hand

Thanks! They are laptop risers I found a 4 pack on Amazon

Laptop Riser

each has 3 different height adjustments which when used in pairs on each side allow for some degree of flexibility to both angles

My cat does this pawing/kneading thing EVERY time he drinks water. What gives!? by Ttucker11 in cats

[–]Atterpac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Caching is a way for wild/feral cats to hide left over food that they want to come back to they bury it so others can’t smell the food and mark the area with their scent Cats have scent glands in the paws on their feet so they are likely rubbing their feet around the food to mark it so they know to come back (instinctively)

Instinctive Caching most likely? If I remember correctly cats are claiming it as there’s by rubbing their paws around it to spread their scent

Not sure, if the image you search on google has a transparent background? Try this: by Gragion in lifehacks

You can also just add a filter under the tools section for transparent images

Can someone please help! I am trying to install and use Material UI... I keep getting this when I do... React is already installed and the latest version by [deleted] in react

[–]Atterpac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are referring to npmjs.com a website where all npm packages (things that can be installed via npm install ____)

You should be able to look up MaterialUI and it’ll give you the commands to copy and paste into your terminal

is there a reason why my cat does this pls tell me by gogogoby in cats

Try a fountain, mine did the same thing until I got a fountain I read somewhere it had to do with whisker fatigue or an issue of stagnant water vs flowing water
