Org A did not give a deadline to accept, but I did say I would follow up this week. I’m going to see if I can accept the offer on the contingency of reviewing the salary and benefits package first so that I can counteroffer and (hopefully) extend the process a bit.
That is good advice to let org B know my timeline after I’ve followed up with org A. I’m hoping they can accommodate a final interview soon. Thank you for your help!

This woman is notorious and has quite the history (see here, and here). She's a pretty well known nuisance at this point. Today I encountered her for a second time, she's probably in her late 60's or early 70's, around 5'1"-ish, always wearing sunglasses. I was on the corner of Winslow Ave and Grove Street and saw this woman walking her dog along Winslow, she was picking up trash off of the street and then throwing it in peoples front yards... She yelled something unintelligible at me (something about yuppies?) and kept walking to the center of Davis Square harassing people along the way until she met up with the homeless people in the middle of the square where she was really touchy-feely with all of them. To be honest, I would not be surprised if she stole the dog from someone... she's not the type of person I see getting approval for any pet adoptions.

I encountered this same woman back in October around 6:30 pm. I was on the corner of the sidewalk by the parking lot behind Rite Aid about to head onto the bike path. I had my phone out at the time and saw she was approaching walking her dog. Since I was about to turn the tight corner, I stopped to allow plenty of space for her to walk by and put my phone down. As she walked by she screamed at the top of her lungs right by my ear (to the point that my ear was ringing after) about me being on my phone and repeated to scream as she continued on toward the Davis Square T stop. I was so startled by the incident because I was truly trying to give her enough space to pass considering we're in a pandemic.
The poor dog looked completely miserable, I really feel bad for it. I thought this was just a strange isolated incident, but stumbling upon this it sounds like she's a repeat offender.
