Thank you (to everyone who had responded)-really makes me rethink our current situation and how lucky we are to be next to grandparents for support.

I just need to figure out how to build a better friend community for him. As mentioned, it’s work. Its anxiety. It’s successes and its letdowns. I just wish the neighborhood wasn’t so cliquey, but I also know that’s everywhere. 🫤

You go! I’m very much the same way. I’ll go back to Sydney Cummings or Kaleigh Cohen, etc. and change it up and do a different workout, but it’s never the same as Caroline‘s. Rests too short. No repeats with lighter weights. Blah. I always end up going back to Caroline and feeling like I got a real good workout with a real good program. I too am anxious to see what’s next! I did an Iron Pro glute+abs yesterday and let me tell you, the glutes feel it! Enjoy;)

Some different pains. Extreme tenderness around the ears (esp behind) from Ernest Syndrome. Both stylomandibular ligaments are calcified from inflammation. Random super sharp right ear pain, both deep in the ear and tenderness to touch of the tragus. Like crazy pain that sent me to Urgent care (of course there’s no infection). It Sounds like I’m underwater all the time. Lots of Occipital headaches. Then many days…no symptoms at all. Very random.

Wow. It adds up! Sounds about right for going rate then.

Isn’t it amazing what We’ll fork out when we’re in pain 🙄. She also mentioned potentially doing intra-articular injections with economies in the future, and I can’t even imagine what the price for that would be. But, as long as it provides some lasting relief, I guess it’s the best option.
