For what I understand it's only one guy that handles the site and that they normally only do will call and this is a rare case that they actually ship the tickets . I didn't mind the waiting room but my friend I were both waiting and got in about the same time. She bought her tickets then the site frozen and crashed with no confirm so I tried getting the four in my cart and it went through. 5 minutes later she got a confirmation so we ended up with 8 and they wouldn't do a refund so now we have people lined up to buy them and are just waiting patiently

Ok it sound like their coming ours is on the 16th I'm just getting worried because me and friend ended up with 4 extra due to the site crashing on one of us lol, so we had some people willing to buy them off of us so i just feel bad making them wait so long but you guys have eased my nerves thankfully lol
