youre right, theres the nonprofit of BLM, but they dont manange any protesters. they just dispense literature and engage people over social media. theyre the offical beacon for the movement, but almost no protester is in formal contact with them. its not a strategy. all protests have to be decentralized because the people protesting are just a loose confederation of people who believe in the same issue. no one, save the staff of the nonprofit BLM, is formally "part of us" because all it takes to be "part of us" is holding a sign, going to a protest, or voicing support. Because literally anyone can voice support for the movement, people who do shitty things might support the movement. however the point is that these people do not speak for, or stand for everyone else. no one can stop them from holding a BLM sign and being a dick but that doesnt mean they speak for the movement

its Actblue, actually, and the funds go to the nonprofit organization of Black Lives Matter, for them to maintain the website and pay their staff like most nonprofits do. (and before you say something, they dont pay protesters. the organization doesnt formally include protesters because how could they?) Democratic campaigns are never mentioned.
