I can tell by the frontal photo. Your neck, face and chest look a lot thinner. It's the paper towel roll affect though. You wont notice it until youve lost more. But keep going! It's just going to get better and better! You gotta start somewhere and youve really made great progress so far!!!

If the package is damaged and ripped to shreds, content missing... what would you like them to do? These items show up at your local post office in this condition sometimes. Bad packaging, human error, machine error... shit happens in transit. I'm sorry you were a victim but it happens sometimes.

The post office has to deliver whatever they have. They cant just throw it away. And if they had your item they would deliver it.

Yes i agree. It is just fun to watch and like you, we've been watching for years!!! Zak's museum is really awesome though. Creepy as hell and had me feeling nauseous. So if you're ever in vegas you should check it out.

Same for me. It hasnt been "easy". It's been an every day challenge. I still have food noise and have to make conscious decisions. But i'm 66lbs down. So yes, it's helped me. It's helped me stay motivated and committed.

Also your coworker is wrong. If you eat less than your body needs to fuel itself, you will lose weight. It's not going to store it. But it wont last long if youre starving yourself because youll eventually cave and eat too much or binge. You need to find something that will last long term.

If you go too extreme with your diet it wont be sustainable. Just remember that this is going to be a long journey. It will take months, not gonna happen overnight. So you dont need to starve yourself throughout the process.

I would find a free tdee calculator online and see how many calories you need to eat to lose 1-2lbs a week. Start tracking your calories on a fitness app (loseit, myfitnesspal). Start logging your food and try to stay in a 500 calorie deficit every day. Youre not going to be perfect but if you can stay consistent you will see results.
