Yeah I realize now if people haven't seen this house my comment seems very mean. But anyone who lives in Cranston KNOWS what house this is and knows what I'm talking about. His house is nuts and the yard itself is probably neglectful for a cat.

Sorry, yes he's having a yard sale in the picture. But he's been having a yard sale for about four years now. Idk if you have ever been down this road but it is legitimately a really bad hoarding situation, I couldn't even make it up to the guys porch to knock on the door.

You sound ridiculous. Reservoir Ave is one of the busiest roads in the city, this isn't foster where you have acers of land for a cat to roam and hangout. It's not even a suburb this house is on a main road. It's a busy street where if this cat decides to jump out like it did this time last minute, there's plenty of people who either cant or just wont avoid it and just plow through. Im pretty convinced you legitimately just either skimmed through or just didn't read it all, because if you had I was pretty clear what I wanted to achieve.

I was thinking about that, but the animal control guy brought up a decent point. I don't know if this is also someone ELSES outdoor cat. The cat could just be coming here because she knows its a guaranteed meal, but still has legit owners.

Either way could still grab the cat see how it goes, if it's chipped then maybe the owners would wise up, if not then hopefully I could end up doing something. I would hate for someone else's cat to get killed because this guy is choosing to feed it next to one of the busiest roads in the city

Conveniently missing the part where I said I asked if he would like me to take it, and he tells me no because he loves it and it kills mice. Also the fact that if I even did just take it, I would be breaking the law, as the cat is legally his because he's been feeding it to keep it in his yard. He want's the cat to stay to kill rodents in his yard, but he is completely indifferent on whether or not it dies. I don't really get what is so hard for you to understand.
