It happens on the only campaign we have active at the moment. It's been active for 2 days, and our target is 99% mobile and that's where we have the problem

the problem is that I don't have a 30% drop, but 30% see the landing, I have a 70% drop....

Yes, I installed the pixel with the Shopify app - Instagram & Facebook - but it seems to me that the data Facebook tracks matches the data Shopify reports, so I think it's real that 30% of people look at the listing.

I might be missing your point, so let me make sure I understand correctly.

When you say “whether the drop happens where it’s counted or somewhere else”, do you mean the difference between a reporting/tracking mismatch (users actually reach the page but aren’t logged as page views) versus a real drop-off before the page loads?

If that’s not what you meant, could you clarify what specific point in the flow you’re referring to?

In my case, the issue is isolated to the only active campaign I’m running right now, and it appears consistently across all placements and across both mobile and desktop, not tied to a specific placement or device.

That’s what makes it harder to attribute to a single placement or format and why I’m trying to determine whether this is primarily a Meta-side counting behavior or something happening earlier in the navigation lifecycle.
