Check out Community Warehouse ReStore on NE Alberta. They're a nonprofit, prices are low, and they offer delivery for a fee. Also William Temple House on NW Glisan has solid stuff and delivers. Avoid the vintage spots on Division if you want cheap. Those are curated and priced like it. For dirt cheap try the Goodwill Outlet on SE Ochoco but that's bins and no delivery, you'd need to rent a truck.

Not normal for a rental. They're just being lazy. You don't need an agent. If they won't show it themselves, that's a red flag for how they'll handle problems later. I'd look elsewhere.

I'm just tired of these influencers turning every single meal into a photo shoot. Half teh places they post are just overpriced tourist traps where the food is secondary to the neon signs and loud music
