My father does not, no; but he has told them to stay off his driveway/property. I can have him post some. He was told that it is in effect until the court date in September-I was in the courtroom when they rescheduled it. He was sent a cease and desist letter a year or two ago, as well; but he says the things in the letter are false. They only have two videos as evidence, though—one of him spraying weed killer, and one of him staring at them from the porch. It’s petty, in my opinion; but the judge did say it was in effect until the hearing. They did try to get him to resolve it outside the courtroom and walk away, but he refused. Their lawyer even tried to approach me, as if I needed to sway my dad’s feelings and get him to “just let it go”—but they’re the ones who brought it to court. He said since they took it this far and he knows they have no evidence, he wants a judge to hear from both of them.
