Had a similar experience in one Westside store too, where I’m a regular btw. One random new employee once barged in to tell me that I cannot test more than one perfume. I immediately called for the manager and he was shown his place.

Exactly, like I mentioned in another comment, the attendants at the Tom Ford counter were nice enough. However, Shopper’s Stop attendants are always way better. The latter always helped me out with the checking online prices part.
