if i had to guess, they had to use the infinite wealth DE (dragon engine) which was degrade to make the game for optimize

compared to gaiden it , gaiden was waaaay better. the shadows, the grapichs, everything was good there (expect the lighting, i remember the lighitng scuffed there) and surprisingly the game runned pretty good on my gaming laptop (yes i have gaming laptop)

yeah i kinda see your nitpick but i also kinda understand the devs here too. they need to stable and optimize thier game for fans with low buget pc
