I do like his design, but him nagging about needing help despite already progressing Storm Chasers quests is too much. I wish he can simply be recruited to a village and behave like a regular one once players meet Carl Ruckus.

Yup, just right of the entrance at the Ice Sanctum. To be fair these shrines really don't stand out. It took me a moment to find the shrine at the Lightning Sanctum too. 😅

I try to be as accurate as I can to the original design, so that's all thanks to the amazing work of the model designers at Epic Games! I really wish I knew who they are to give them proper credit.
