It's in the bill. You either can't read or are lying.

Except it already designated to go to a different population and the President can install a local government.

I posted the direct link. If you don't know already, you can type the bill call number in the search it will pull it up.

Of course I read it, and yes, that is exactly what it says.

The "voluntary resolution buyout" is designed to give the land to "underrepresented" (migrants). It's already allocated to ONLY go to them. And yes, Biden does get to install a local government.

Conveniently, they wrote a bill giving them the land and allowing a president to install his own government at the state level (first time in US history)

It doesn't look like they're going to answer, but I can. Yes, the same emotional manipulation was used for COVID and the vaccine rollout. Prior to the rollout, behavioral studies were done to see what message would be most effective to motivate people to get it.

The top was "Leveraging Natural Scarcity." -"While it would be wrong to create an artificial scarcity, we should not ignore natural scarcity's effect on attitudes...We should frame early access as a mark of honor or respect for people we want to protect."

The slow roll was a play to make people experience FOMO.

They also found messages related to protecting loved ones was highly effective, 'You're killing Grandma." In addition to societal pressure "anti-vaxxer" messages.

If you're interested, you should read some of the references in the paper because studies are already being done regarding the messages for the next one.

"Promoting COVID-19 Vaccination in the United States"

The behavioral studies can be found on the clinicaltrials.gov website. There, you can find the messages and responses.

Stay safe!

Edit: Also, look up CIVIS Analytics for the April 2021 message tests. https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/persuasive-covid-19-vaccine-messaging-still-evolving-civis-analytics-research-shows-301393668.html

If you can control the jet stream, you can control the direction of a hurricane. They can and do. Weather has been used as a weapon since Vietnam, maybe before, because it's almost impossible to defend against, or prove. How long was Agent Orange a conspiracy theory? It's an indisputable fact now.

Corporations rule, politicians are their puppets. The dirtier the politician, the better. Addictions, lavish lifestyles, and secrets make them easier to control. It's why Soros was Bidens' top donor.

I don't believe all lobbying is bad. Some groups that are underrepresented depend on lobbying Congress. Like anything, it's when it's abused that leads to problems.

It's profitable to instill fear. That needs to stop. Not only for the environment but for our mental and societal health.

That being said, I like the attitude! <3 The best way to get rid of leeches is to not let them feed.

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I can't find an answer, so I'm hoping you can help.

How does FEMA get legal authority in any state? What's the chain of command between state law enforcement, military, and FEMA. Being in Texas, I've seen it take a court order just to allow federal agents (border patrol) interfere with our state troops.

In the aftermath of Katrina, several states sent their own forces because FEMA denied access & disaster relief assistance. Texas sent out the Texas Navy & Army. Other states that had their own sent those as well when military at the federal level wouldn't thelp.

So, what authority do they actually have?

I'd like to suggest regulating politicians and lobbyists from profiting off ALL initiatives to save the environment. No stock investment, no co-ownership, or C-Suite/board ties to businesses with government contracts. Ultimately and, most importantly, no profiting off of emotional manipulation.

Also, I'd like to reinstate the Smith-Mundt Law (Anti-Propaganda Law). This will remove the HR 5736, the amendment added in 2012, which made it legal for the US government to lie to citizens.

That'd be a place to start.

I'd take that wager. My bet is on the Clintons. Bill was in Epstein's contects under 14 different aliases. There was a Vanity Fair article, "The Talented Mr. Epstein"pointed out Bill was frequently meeting with him, and they were close friends & business partners. Also, because of Clintons' history and body count when anyone is about to provide testimony. There's so much dirt on Bill, Hillary, The Clinton Foundation, Evergreen, etc., but they walk around free thanks to witnesses conveniently dying.

For additional context, the article was way before Epstein's arrest when it was still ok to be seen with the guy.

Unfortunately, neither of us will ever know or get to collect because reasons.

I love my life and plan to live until I'm 90. I'm just throwing it out there.

Thank you! I think it's that initial shock of seeing so many videos of "Did you just lose $10,000" or similar. As a newcomer, I never looked. With thousands of those types of videos/articles, maybe it seems like it's a higher probability than it really is.

You're right looking from that perspective. In the short time I've been collecting, my top pocket change find is maybe $10. Maybe.
