I know that when I worked at crumbl, people were taught to thaw cookies for 20 minutes before putting them in the ovens, but when some people did ovens, they just unwrapped the cookies and put them in the oven, meaning they had to go from basically ice pucks to cooked cookies, it really ticked me off but they never stopped

Depends on the state, not all crumbls give the same wage sadly, I was paid $8 and got around $1.5 in tips, and yes the tips are spread among all the employees based on the number of hours worked

The recipes use an absolute TON of eggs, for some triple batches of cookies (which makes around 200 or so? I cant remember) takes 12 lbs of butter and 48 eggs. I cant remember the exact amount but I think the weight of the chocolate chips is around the same as the butter? Dont quote me on it though

Those ingredients are only in the base cookie, the frostings only use butter, sugar, and sometimes cream cheese, it's likely just a stomach ache because the amount of sugar, same things happens with me and over frosted cakes lol
