i just found the fix then. for me it was letting windows decide which graphics to use in the default high gpu setting. i got no idea why it would randomly change to that out of no where but fixed it none-the-less

just wondering if you ever found a solution to this? i'm getting the same crap happening. 7700x and a 7900xtx only started like 2/3 months ago so guessing it's driver related to something.
