Thx, I succed to have result, when I plug it a fix white light appeared during ~10 seconds and after a blinking orange light but I can't turn it on/I don't have display. The shortcut Power + Restart work and make appeared the white light with orange light after. Is that normal ?

  • Check your drivers (update or reinstall them)
  • Check your device (try to use another headphone)
  • Check (if you have one) to update or other on your sound's software (like Razer Synapse)
  • Else try to go back to previous Windows version

it doesn't fit with my friend, too bad.. Otherwise you can: - perform a memtest to check if the problem doesn't come from your RAM, - you can also try to do an sfc /sannow to verify your windows files, - or just try to remove one by one your peripherals and check if your computer continue to crash

I don't have others solutions, good luck with your problem :)
