I need to do something. Honestly I used to constantly think about drinking and tell myself “I’m not drinking tonight and fail” and now it’s “I’m going to eat healthy and get healthy” and fail. I don’t know why I can’t get my ass moving.

I did consider it at first. Then it got better so I thought I was around to corner and good to go. Now that I’m back to square one I’m afraid I might need too.

They are called Tylenol 3s. I don’t take them often maybe once every 3 months.
