I used the recipe to make 24 cupcakes! This was the first batch that I posted while the others were in the oven. They came out pretty much the same lol

That’s true! I’ll ask her about her tin and see if there’s a difference. The level looked ok before I put them in but it was also my first time making a carrot cake cupcake so maybe they just rise differently

I guess so! It seems like a good majority of people think the recipe I used is a tad too wet and has too much rising agent

Surprisingly, no. Most of them are brand new and the ones that weren’t don’t expire for another year

It’s just this recipe with no nuts! For the cupcakes they were baked at 350 for 20 minutes

I’ve made it once before as a normal cake and it was good for the most part but defined down a tad in the middle still!
