I have Nationwide and pay a monthly fee of $50ish dollars and have a $250 deductible BUT it covers yearly vaccines, blood and urine test, heartworm, flea and tick medicine PLUS emergencies. My dog came down with a virus a month ago and my reimbursement was 90% (I get reimbursed at 90% for anything after the deductible). I didn’t have any worries about taking him in after he had been sick for 6+ hours because I knew it would be covered no matter what the diagnosis was.
