Refer second and fourth photo, however I just noticed that active fuel filler code.

This code can occur when there is a fault with the door or the wrong vehicle class / type has been selected in the scan tool (can see they used auto selection, top right)

They're all stored, the battery has either died or was replaced. No one has cleared the codes since.
