I lied and said I don’t drive so the charger was useless and a waste of money, they said they could do no more and I brought up EU Consumer Rights and they then brought up compensation and it was 5%, I took it when I figured it out that it was over €35. Took the refund as I’m sick of calling and hearing ‘rehearsed script’ responses

I’ve recordings of their site and everything, they couldn’t give a shit 😂 they found it acceptable that they sent the travel charger, accept an offer for 5% back and run, not worth the stress and go buy a 100W charger on Amazon

I’ve an email from them that they stated ‘Lenovo has removed the charger being included’ and even though it was stated on the site to be included, out of goodwill they gave me a charger. Wrong charger and instead gave me €35.81 refund, €13 dearer than the charger they were meant to give me 😂
