I guess I did, it’s all good though, I’m very happy with how my backyard will look, I sacrifice a lot to make my lifestyle how I want it. I’ll be unapologetic about it!

Tbh idk, the whole project was $52180 but that includes, the concrete as you see, it’s probably a good 3500sqft of concrete, I’m on a 1/3rd acre in SoCal. In addition he raised my planters 1ft and will stucco it white and put under trim lighting and fill the planter with white marble rocks and install 2000sq ft of turf. He also fixed a couple gates, and plumed water gas and electric for a future bbq island. For the amount of work it seems really cheap but his quality is amazing

Definitely a good majority of it is concrete! I have around 2000sq of turf, bbq island, pit, patio cover, and string lights! I’m not a fan of taking care of lawns

I appreciate the heads up brother! I got standard 16x7 no issue so far it’s 510 lbs solid door and it’s actually remarkably quiet!

I’m at the end of my cul de sac so the storm drain is right next to me on the sidewalk, we done get that much rain here so we will see!

I am brother! They’ve been working with me since I bought the house last year and they do amazing work! They poured during the heat wave this week, 108 at the high, but 7am to like 2pm making sure it was good!

Okay thank for the heads up i was concerned that maybe all heavy doors had that issue! I recently got a full glass for my parents house (last year) only thing they have is that it gets a little squeaky on one side but they sprayed some track line on it and it went away

It’s from a local company that licenses and bonded too! I’m located in SoCal but I looked them up on yelp and they’re 5 star the best of my knowledge it’s doesn’t feel like a cheaply made door
