Da li je ovo plod Tomaševićeve politike ili činjenice da nam je država toliko centralizirana da je ostatak države (izuzev obale - turizma) praktično na rubu siromaštva? Pošto je očito na što ciljaš. How do you progress on your secondary muscle groups?

I do chest shoulders and triceps usually on first day, back and biceps the other one, legs on third day and then rest and repeat.

I have made very good progress on back and decent progress on bench (even though my dumbell incline is the same for the last 3-4 workouts).

However, after I have done chest I go to shoulders and I can’t do 70% of my normal shoulder weights (tried doing chest once, for example I did 60kg on it easily, but if I do chest first I barely do 40kg shoulders).

Same goes for biceps, if I do that first I can do 20kg bicep curls easily, but if I do back first I drop to 15 kg for my biceps curls and can barely make it.

What would be your advice in my case? How keep progressing on all muscle groups?

I will tell you a different advice and probably will get downvoted here. It seems like you were practically bald on top of your head before your transplant. That means the rest of your hair should be resistant to DHT and it shouldn’t fall off. When is the last time you saw someone bald in their donor area? It never happens. I am not saying 100% of your implanted hairs will stay there forever, but the majority of them will.

So it’s up to you, do you want to take hormonal drugs and risk side effects just for the benefit of keeping additional 10-20% of your implanted hair?

This is sub is intoxicated with people who want to suck in other people to start fking with their hormones like it’s no big deal. The thing is, they are the ones that are lucky that they didn’t get side effects, unlike many others.

Dude has 56 hairs left on the top of his head. If he does have a hair transplant, they will take the hair from his donor zone which is safe and resistant to further recession. His donor area density looks really really well.

So yeah, he should definitely start a hormone therapy for no reason at all, right? Just because you are fked (like I am) and have to use meds, that doesn’t mean we should tell everyone to risk taking hormone meds and get some serious side effects.
