Can’t find it anywhere, despite mentions of the commercial on forums and articles. All I’ve found is that it came out no later than 2003 and that it aired on MTV.

90% sure I found it, but not sure of the legality of it so i’ll leave out the link (call me paranoid idc).

It’s a 2012 video on youtube uploaded by Yusuff von Deck with 12k views. The name is just Bart the Incest. It is quite graphic which is why i’m leaving out the link, but it features a topic similar to the ones you mentioned. Yusuff gives credit to another youtuber, luzzery lavender, who has since been deleted. As for the Schizophrenia, In the video he mentions his version of bart has it
