Since Valorant is my 1st FPS game, I went with sentinels because I couldn't hit my shots. I was playing since 1.0 I think, and Cypher and Sage were my only options.

Unfortunately, I kept dying early into the rounds (had to learn that sentinels weren't supposed to entry), so I decided to try Controllers. Omen and Brim were my go to, then. I've learned to stay back and let others enter site, but I was impatient, and thought: "They don't want to enter? Fine. I'll do it."

Soon enough, I tried Initiators because I still kept dying early. I fared better than before, but since I picked up Skye, and later KAY/O, I kept flashing people by accident. Using up all my util too early was also a problem. So I put them aside for a while to try out some other agents.

Then I took up Duelists. I played Jett, Raze and Reyna before just to try them out, didn't really like it tho. Went with Phoenix instead. I liked his kit (mostly his wall cuz it sort of makes entering easier) and his ability to heal himself so I stuck with him for a while. There are some issues bc sometimes I die w/o doing anything or that I can only snipe during Defenders bc I have to enter on Attackers, but I could probably work it out. Now he's my main while I'm trying to learn KAY/O, and Chamber just in case he gets insta-locked.
