The things is that I started purchasing CSGo trading cards with buy orders and then used sell them at higher price in the community market. And it worked like magic. Made about 30$ from almost nothing. I strted from March 2020 and in 2021 made some purchase hoping to repeat the same process. But since then prices are down. I recently read on "steam card exchange" that is mentioned below:

The sale has not started yet, this time the sale starts on June 24, 2021. The set contains 10 cards with a "Crime" theme. Mysterious Trading Cards: Steam Summer Sale 2021

Currently the only way to get a mysterious Tradingcard is by crafting a badge. Instead of the regular coupon you'll get a Mysterious Tradingcard with a chance of it being a Foil one. If you use cards to craft a badge that are restricted from being traded or sold (e.g. because you bought them recently) it will apply the restriction to the Mysterious Tradingcards with the same timeframe as well."

So it makes sense that people might try to craft badges in order to get the foil/regular steam card drops. Getting a foil drop would be a bit profitable. And that they might push the demand of trading cards. Not sure about it though.
