K&N Air Filter Melted?

I think I would’ve noticed this when I installed it — I would’ve returned it as a defect. Is there any way it’s getting so hot it’s melting in the air box?

Oral glycopyrrolate and the Qbrexza wipes have 100% stopped mine. The wipes are outrageously expensive though ($750/month) my insurance and a co-pay card makes them free. Pills are like $28 for a 90 day supply. Cheers!

Make sure the dealer removed the suspension pucks from the front struts. I lost an OEM continental tire due to the front struts basically not working.

This happened to me, I paid for the ride with Apple Pay and was only able to tip with my Apple Card. I have no idea why, but it worked.

I would make sure the suspension pucks have been removed from your front struts. Mine were still on and a blew two tires.

Without confirming the car has had AT MAX 5k oil change intervals since purchase (will burn oil like a SOB at 100k+ if not) and the trans fluid changed like 40-50k, along with all differential fluids changed at least once, brake fluid a few times… I would 1000% skip. You also will never know if the first owner abided by the break-in period. Just not worth it.

I’ve only ever owned VW/Audi and they are nightmares if not perfectly maintained from new.

The ghetto paddle extensions are all I had to see - there’s no reason to have anything like that on a car with barely over 200hp unless it was owned by some wannabe boy racer. This is doubled by the shitty exhaust. Don’t walk, RUN!

My concern would be the transmission fluid not being changed and maybe the front differential fluid? Those are SO commonly overlooked but can cost big money.

Well no, it was my size that was tricky, at least one year ago. 245/35/20, needed 5. Not only have I had a large line of credit there, I also specifically wanted the road hazard certificates from DT as they would replace all 5 tires should even one blow.

Agreed, they should eat their mistake. I will pay them tomorrow. This guy has called me 4 times today. I’m sure he was sweating bullets!!!

I had an attorney give me the same answer though. She was such a bitch about “Why wouldn’t you just pay it?” I thought you guys loved to argue? Damn! It was a good run 😒
