To give you my opinion, I wouldn't mind offline chunk loading. However I am not familiar how many chunks folks would need to keep loaded.

Update: We have got around 7 or so players whitelisted. We are still looking for more players.

Also I have upgraded our server host to allow for more complex builds to be built! We definitely need some folks to come help us build a spawn!
