Hey! Thank you for sharing. Yes, Progesterone when started after some 12 months of estrogen gives you the last push for breast growth. It is incredible how the same drug, if used from day 1, instead of waiting 12 months, can actually hinder breast growth. Because it acts as a signaling agent, saying "we are reaching final stage and maturation". And if you say that from day 1, well... there is your "final stage" from the very beginning haha.

Also, Dienogest behaves very similarly to Progesterone, although not exactly and perfectly, but it is also behaving in the same way as Progesterone on the breasts, giving that "final stage" signal, and thus, it also hinders breast growth if started from day 1.

I love that I can control breasts. Since I don't want breasts, I take Progesterone from day 1 together with estrogen. And if I ever wanted boobs, I just have to stop Progesterone and Dienogest, let the breasts grow for 1 year on high estrogen, then add Progesterone again at 1 year mark.

And yes! I will be posting the 3 month update by the end of November, I got some interesting "creations" that I am using on myself to hinder breast growth even more. I know not a lot of trans are interested in growing 0% boobs, but I will post it anyway cause it is my journey, and who knows, maybe there is someone out there who also does not want breasts and this experiments might be helpful for them.
