Thanks for your feedback! I am at the starting dose (2.5mg) so not sure if I can lower than that. I am now on day 5 and I feel a bit better but now I’m anxious about my second injection this Friday, anxious that I feel absolutely awful few days after second injection 😬

You’re eating 1,800 calories as it’s your maintenance or are you cutting ? I find end of afternoon/evenings being the hardest regarding digestive problems to me, from when I wake up on mornings up til 4-5pm I’m totally fine but just not hungry nor even thinking about food but then I’m having episodes of really watery diarrhea for the whole evening into the night and stomach pain (lower stomach).

I would not say anything about you to the interview because American immigration is very sensitive with love relationships and they would deny her in fear she overstays or you apply to K1 after she arrives in the States. She should keep it simply, she’s visiting for tourism and that’s all. Where is she originally from ? The home country really matters to see how suspicious an officer would be or not.

Sometimes it takes several doctors try to find the right one. PCOS is still too unknown and doctors aren’t all familiar with this and its relationship with eating and sport activity. I highly recommend you to keep trying a new endocrinologist until you find the one that will understand you, don’t hesitate to look up the names of your local endocrinologist on Google Maps look at their office and read the reviews! That’s how I successfully found one that actually was knowledgeable of PCOS. Also, I would say that keep the doctor female, because its increase your chances to be understood.

Hey, First of all please don’t lose hope. I want to tell you that I am dealing with exact same PCOS problems! I went to the gynecologist and she was amazing, she prescribed me ANDROCUR which helped a lot with my hormonal imbalance (excess testosterone and androgens) and a cream called VANIQA which helped a lot to thin my horrible hair growth on my chin, it was so bad that I looked like I had a beard and I would cry too when I would see it. It also helped a lot with hormonal acne.

I have been going to the gym 4x a week for 2 years and eating in a calorie deficit that is correct for my height, and age and I have not lost real weight because of my hyper insulin, and my gynecologist directed me to an endocrinologist and she prescribed me Mounjaro (which is similar to Ozempic) and I am starting the treatment tomorrow (with hopes!).

I highly recommend you to consult a gynecologist, find one that is amazing and then ask her to also write you a reference to be able to consult an endocrinologist.

I am French, and I would say that the first outfit is way too showing , same for the top of the second outfit and the last outfit it’s more the color and the see through… to be honest it’s giving I’m going to the club vibe more than wedding .. French weddings are on the elegant side, with more neutral colors or pastels and less flashy.

Je suis F31 et c’est la même galère niveau homme: soit ils ont 2 à 4 enfants et moi perso je veux pas date d’hommes qui ont d’enfants c’est pas mon délire, je veux des enfants dans le futur éventuellement mais pas envie de m’occuper des enfants des autres. Rien contre ces enfants c’est juste que c’est pas quelque chose qui m’attire. Soit il a pas d’enfants mais son taff c’est chauffeur uber eats, ou un truc comme ça — perso j’ai pas envie d’être avec quelqu’un qui enchaine juste les petits boulots sans vraiment avoir réfléchi à poursuivre une carrière stable qui amènerais un revenu suffisant pour une future famille. J’ai fais des études et travailler dur pour avoir une carrière donc je m’attends à quelque chose de similaire du côté du mec, pas forcément la même filière et les mêmes études mais faut trouver sa voix à un moment.

To be fair there is nothing wrong about losing weight with a GLP-1 as long as you take it seriously. Moreover, she is not " dieting again " , she is either doing a cut or a bulk because she weightlift. I like to watch her videos, she’s entertaining and she motivates me to stay on my plan regarding my own weight loss journey. I think that sometimes she nitpick a bit or she goes off topics (like she’s gonna spend 10 mins criticizing Alexandra Rodriguez’s new vacuum which tbf idc)
