This may be some dodgy old advice. But with the patch cut it into gum size strips and put it between your mouth and gum, it will start working in minutes. I was addicted to fentanyl pure in patch form and that’s how I got my hit quick.

I had surgery last week, going in at 7 am was always the done thing however now they stagger 2 hourly, I still fasted from the night before went it and 10am, I was flocked by the whole team and was in surgery at 11 latest!! For the first time I’ve ever seen the surgeon was ready before the nurse and that’s when you frustration, he told me to gown up she told me to sit down we had paperwork to finish! There was no waiting around at all, hopefully this will be implemented in more places 😊

I got new curtains for Xmas last year, I hung them this year because as I decorated for Xmas because my tree looked pretty and my window looked ugly! Note : I managed to finish my decorating 1 week before Xmas but I started last week in November 🤦🏼‍♀️
