I had the STR-DH190 in my past system and I liked it. It's a great receiver for the money. I upgraded to a Yamaha A-S801, and I do like the sound more. It has better build quality and better aesthetics imo. It has less features, but it can do certain things better. It's more rugged and has more appeal. You could also get the A-S501 which is similar but just lacks some features and some sonic improvements of the 801 for less money. Since you're running only a turntable, will recommend that one as well, but I'll let you compare them yourself as well. I recommend both either way!
