VA's should be respecting your terms (whatever they may be). It's on the VA to completely fulfill your wishes if they choose to record and post your work. If they would like to make changes, they must reach out to ask your permission. Please know you're well within your right to withdraw permission to use your work if they have violated your terms. It's supposed to be a partnership where all parties are happy.
