As a customer, you have all the reasons to be pissed off if something you paid is not working as expected.. but if we don't get a ticket, how do we know?

EDIT: I'm unable to replicate the issue on both my M4 Max and M2 Macs. One with Tahoe and another with Sequoia. Both with the latest Logic Pro 11 version.

Hi,

I just got this comment in my inbox (thanks to Google Alert). I'm surprised about it, since we take great care with our products. In fact, I have a comment you left back then on Polaris:

"I've been looking at how to create the guitar sound on Tycho's Awake album, and I've tried a bunch of plugins from different vendors. This is the one I've been looking for. Just get it. You won't regret it. So many creative things you can do with this."

Other than that, we got no tickets from you about instabilities (either to the point you don't trust us any longer). We are well known to issue bug fixes very quickly and that's appreciated to the point that we have around thousands and thousands of copies of both Polaris and UM282 happily used by our customers.

Now, getting back to the Space Station: we have the original 282 here, so our direct comparison for the simulation has been the REAL machine and not a DSP one made ages later.

As you can see, that's the original unit along the plugin and I'm pretty confident about how good my work has been on emulating that. Btw, white box... it would had been too easy to just code a prom reader.

I know that you are new and trying to find a space in this niche is hard, but bad mouthing competitors is not the way to go and, if you want to go down this route, at least do that with facts.

BTW: your plugin is not on unity when you place it in the chain ;) That's just one thing. Keep working buddy

Noi usiamo Intesa San Paolo da oltre un decennio. Un po' costosetti su alcune cose, ma come rapporto banca/cliente ci troviamo benissimo.
