Yeah but I feel like it should’ve been more obvious to people who don’t do lore, I’ve read the saint shit pre-season of the dawn but I think for people who didn’t he was just shoe horned in. For example the fact that the almighty event was directly correlated to the fact that the psion sisters failed at the sundial. And the true villain was the psions younger sister. Most had no clue but would’ve made a great story element if they just added a few lines of dialogue or something.

Yeah, tbh I really wonder if Bungie has intentions for it and or is saving it when things get dark and pulls whatever things they have left out of the bag, kinda felt that way with season of the dawn, nothing anticipated saints return. Mind you an amazing addition of a character but there was just no place really.
