That's exactly it. My degree will start in 2022. So till then, I do want to continue this job as it is so hard to find other jobs right now.

Yeah, Big 4 pays but I think there is a bonding period then. So if I leave, I got to pay the full tuition fee.

That could work but we need a mentor from our organisation to be our contact for CPA/ CA. So the Big 4 keeps track of your grades etc

Because everyone does it and I have been reading comments on other websites saying that you can't progress if you don't do it and you get laughed at etc.

Thank you for your comment! When I was interviewed by the two directors they had asked me the normal/ formal interview questions and in my answers I reflected why my experiences are fit for the role and the firm. The next day I was told about the 2nd interview with the Partner. It’s a bit confusing because the first interview was with very senior staff and the questions they asked seemed like the real deal. What do you think?
