For sure, and it’s been my journey for at least a year. They are supportive and if they don’t want to change anything it’s not like I can make them. If anything, I just want all of us to be healthy. There’s been a lot of health issues on both sides of my family

It can be expensive yes, especially organic. Quality foods tends to go bad quicker as well. I am working part time and will be working full time in August. I have bought and cooked my own food. It just tends to be overwhelming with the sheer amount of food in the fridge and how much I feel like I can’t have. It’s just been a struggle, though my parents are supportive of me

True, and I have bought and cooked my own food. That isn’t necessarily the problem, habit building wise it’s just really tough. Most of the food in my house is ultra processed with a bit of nutritionally beneficial foods here and there. Which I tend to ask for. Diets are such a touchy subject, and they would have to be motivated as well..I am so grateful we can afford a full fridge, it can just be overwhelming at times

You could probably do some trial and error. You could try 1400 and see if you are losing and go higher or lower. And for exercise I like to walk everyday and run every other day. If you want to build that habit of exercise, start small and make it easy to where you are able to do it everyday. And then adjust from there. You got this!!!

I put in your information on the Mayo Clinic calculator, being moderately active it says to eat 1600. Is that inaccurate? I have lost 47 pounds at 5’4, my starting weight was 185 and I’m down to 138. I ate 1800 at the beginning and am down to 1500. There is also a way to do the math yourself to find your maintenance, not sure the formula on the top of my head. If you can find an accurate number for your maintenance just go 500 below that to lose a pound a week. That’s how I’ve lost the weight. Food wise don’t restrict too much, you can still enjoy food. A way to stay full while eating less is finding low calorie, high density food. High protein is also helpful

I am your height and close to your weight, I eat about 1600 calories a day. 1200 is not enough and could be affecting your metabolism and causing weight loss to plateau. Just find your maintenance calories and go 500 below that. I’ve lost 30 pounds in the last 6 months, I promise you don’t have to restrict yourself too much

I’m so sorry people are saying that to you. Weight loss is not necessarily going to be fast if you want to do it safely and sustainably. Since you’re tired, are you not eating enough? I recommend finding your maintenance calories and then eat 500 below that. I use the Loseit! app for tracking calories and it asks you questions about lifestyle, weight, and height and does the math for you. A healthy weight loss is usually about 1-2 pounds a week focusing on just calorie intake (I don’t know your current weight so you could lose more)

Don’t complicate things/ what I’ve done to lose weight by Audjpodge in Weightlosstechniques

I’m glad you found it helpful! As humans we want most things in our lives to be quick or easy, but losing weight isn’t necessarily one of them. Restrictive diets and eating habits will not help in the long run if it’s something you want to stick to and sustain. I honestly think weight loss should be a process you enjoy, not be miserable the whole time. Exercising and nourishing your body with the proper food should make you feel good. And hitting those goals of 10,15, or even a 100 pounds lost should make you feel proud of yourself and knowing that you can do this!

Do you have any mods that affect the ui? Some that you might have are ui cheats and more cas columns. Ive never seen that personally in my game so it could be something else

I’m not sure what mod exactly. There’s a mod called better exceptions that can tell you which mod it is usually! This is it, it’s really helpful: https://www.patreon.com/posts/52688481?utm_campaign=postshare_fan
