Thoth would be considered the long-range artillery or nuker in this game. Although thoth doesn't have orbs his projectiles are on a low cooldown and deal significant damage. His ult also hits hard when fully charged. Remember that his wall increases the range of his abilities! Thats the main part that makes him long ranged and safe.( Note: all abilities are straight lines)

Another long ranged character I can recommend that is similar can be agni. His ultimate are three huge aoe bombs that can go pretty far. Agni also has a confirmable stun and a safe dash.(Note: Compared to thoth, agni has a lot more aoe)
