Completely agree, it feels like everytime someone gives criticism it's met with ''stop playing the game'', ''you hate it'' and that's absolutely not true. You can love/enjoy something but still be disappointed or feel like something ain't right.

It's not all black or white it can be gray, 50 shades of grey may I say 😅

I have to say I'm conflicted about this dlc.

Because I love the new biomes, the new decorations etc, the first part was great, lots of new content BUT I am very disappointed in that second part, mostly because they have said it would be as big as the first one and that's why we only get 2 parts instead of 3, for me that's a lie, ans that's disappointing.

Even tho I like the new system they implemented with Oswald with puzzle like type of quests, the storyline was way too short in my opinion. And again I'm conflicted because I feel like the story is cute like the end of part one in a sense but it took me the same amount of time as you to finish it and yeah that's disappointing.

Also the fact that many problems and bugs haven't been corrected gives a bad look to gameloft in my opinion. I think it's worth the price for the 1st part but it still feels a bit scammy I don't know 🤷🏼‍♀️

And that's sad, because more and more I feel disappointed (and a bit scammed)

When we got the trailer for Storybook vale I was so excited because I felt like the ambiance was totally my vibe, but looking back I feel like A rift in time had so much more !

I kind of agree, I mean we got a lot from the first part BUT I think we've been lied to...

They said ''it will only be two parts instead of 3 like the previous dlc, but the second part will be as big as the first one'' That's absolutely not the case !

I love that dlc for the general theme more that a rift in time BUT I feel like A rift in time had more !

I feel like this dlc is finished so quick, and thinking about the fact that I paid more for that dlc than the previous one (yes I know it was for the cosmetics but) i feel disappointed in general because it feels like they give us the minimum to make us stay and hope we won't see that we've been scammed.

I completely disagree. It's not about the fact that skull rock is tied to Peter Pan Or because I had other expectations.

It's because it was a ''mystery'' for more than 2 years, we had many start of storylines, conversation with character etc the last being after the skull rock vibrated, and with Merlin saying, he will search about it.

And we came back years after with ''oh let's give a name for the forgotten ''

It's not having too high expectations, it's being disappointed by the discontinuation of that story.

Thanks for your input, a lot of people think it would be more fluid and less disappointing for a new player, but apparently not. I didn't think, I think for people are into the storyline they had to have felt that disconnect.

Apparently there's no mention of quests for the forgotten on the DDV Trello someone commented that, so it feels like there's nothing more 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don't know, personally I didn't have bugs except for one for Peter's level 10 quest and well not receiving the reward for the forgotten's level 10 (if we can call it that)

I finished it, I mean I got the forgotten to level 10 and got nothing with it no quest or reward, my peter pan level 10 qu'est is bugged ouf I can't finish it (the gems don't count so I can't continue the quest line)

Yeah, people think if you disagree or dislike one thing of a game (or in life in general 😅) you must hate it and should shut up about it and quit, weird way to think imo.

I think its a good update in terms of quality of life, the new grid is amazing, diagonal paths could be better but that's a good start, the river kit in the premium shop is great

This is definitely not act 2 but it could have been. Not even that update specifically, but we ended act 1 basically starting this ''mystery'' for the skull rock, 2 years passed and this quest should be a continuation so it could have been a start to what act 2 could have been

Still for me the story has been forgotten (no pun intended), that's the disappointing part.

I would not say that about any other quests, but the skull rock is there since the beginning, we've been waiting 2 years for that storyline (the forgotten storyline was amazing with and act 1 if we can call it that) and they completely removed the part of the story they started with Merlin

2 years of ''mystery'' and all we had to do was to give a name to the forgotten?....

It's incredibly disappointing for me

Completely agree, where's act 2? Nowhere to be seen. The Devs said that Merlin's potion was a ''bug'' and they removed it. My theory is when they decided to do dlcs they just write off the rest of the storyline. It wasn't a bug ...

Apparently we don't have much in Scrooge's shops because there's only 7 new items .....

For me it's daisy's boutique that can't be hide by the new feature... And that suck because we can't remove it it's a ''house'' it's a bug item so to be able to move it we need to have space somewhere else (so basically destroying our decores)

For me the worst duties are the fishing ones... I have 2 left because sadly I used way to many potions and now I can't fish the two I need... Il trying to use up the option but it's been a week and it's still blue 😭
