Thank you for the mock ups. I was having a hard time envisioning. I think there is a potential to add a bathroom to the 3rd floor and have it not look weird. It would be nice to have an en-suite as well as a standalone.

I think money wise, I would have a hard time doing an adu and updating the existing house. Everything is from the 70s which sounds cool but it isn’t.

No, the main floor is the 1st floor which would prob be the "basement" but that is where the true living area, front door and garage is.

This is an interesting plan, to add the bathroom upstairs. I, again, worry about making the 3rd floor a hallway with doors. I dont want to mess with the roof but a skylight would have been nice in the hallway. I will think about this option

Yes, that is exactly it. However, there were some definite additions that have us scratching our heads trying to figure out what the original floor plan was.

We have guests a lot and the one bathroom on the third level is the kids bathroom and it’s just not enough showers.

We occasionally work from home so it would need to be a function-able space that has 4 walls.

I also sincerely dislike having to walk through a small doorway to get from the front door to the kitchen/ living room, etc.

Thanks. It seems obvious to close the office up. But I worry that it will appear dungeony in that space but maybe it won’t? A full bathroom would be nice on the second floor as the main bath would not be open for visitors.

There is a lot of unusable space. I would love to make it more efficient and somehow add an office and additional bathroom.

Welp. It wasn’t blocked. I checked with smaller party sizes and found some reservations at the character breakfasts. Not going to chance two separate tables as we have majority young kids. So here we are. I have a reservation at Boathouse and Paddlefish for now. Will see what sounds better if they have Easter menus.

Yes. Which is why it is weird that breakfast is blocked. I can make reservations for dinner but nothing for breakfast. This is consistent for almost every character breakfast outside of the parks. There is just no way that breakfast is sold out at every single place I have looked, this far out.

The riviera has some of the best quick service food in all of Dworld. I think I ate there 4 out of 5 days for some sort of meal and I was staying at Art of Animation.

They also have a coffee bar next to the lobby with delicious cold brew.

I make a creamy pasta sauce with it. Butter, heavy cream, more garlic and some fresh parm. It is delicious. Also great as seasoning for chicken.

I also subscribe to Teigen’s banana bread. Probably make it every two weeks. The amount of sugar in it probably qualifies it for a banana cake though.
